Main Street Web Design is a local web design business in Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have. We have kept it short and plain. If you have questions, call or text us at 615-674-0429.
Information you give us. When you ask for a free sample or contact us through our form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you write in your message. When you become a customer, we also collect the business details, logo, photos and text you give us for your site, and your billing contact information.
Payment information. If you pay by card, a third-party payment service handles the payment. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our hosting provider receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you view. We use simple site statistics to understand how people use our site. Our site may also use cookies that help it work and measure visits.

We use your phone number and email to respond to your request and to run your account.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, forms, site statistics and payment processing, and only as much as they need to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if our business is sold or transferred, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Sites we build for customers may have their own contact forms. Information that visitors send through those forms goes to the business that owns the site, and that business is responsible for how it uses the information. We host and protect it as part of our service.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep our records and meet legal and tax requirements. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure hosting, SSL, security updates and backups. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Just call, text or email us. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will let you know.
